- Job description (Contract 6 - 12 month)
• Assist marketing team in the preparation of POSM and other marketing materials to support in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns.
• Provide logistical support and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct occasional online/offline market visits to monitor industry activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the marketing team
• Conceptualise and source for premiums for promotions
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

- education level: secondary school or more (bachelor not necessary)

- experience: office administrative work experience

- skill required: MS office and general PC operating skill, SNS(FB/IG/Tiktok) skill preferred

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Pioneer

Salary Range: $2K - $2.8K

Job Scope

• Input up-to-date research findings and prospect data into donor database.
• Conduct simple research on prospective donors using public sources to help identify new individuals and corporates who could donate, and to help compile profiles to prepare fundraisers.
• Compile and update donation and fund related information in the departments CRM database.
• Provide support in preparation of data for development of new data analytics projects, e.g., studying effectiveness of email content.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Minimum GCE A level/ Diploma in any field
