• Arrange for delivery and logistics

• Support Business team with financial administrative documents

Requirement

Ability to communicate with chinese suppliers using Hanyu Pinyin, negotiating for the best pricing and lead time

Part-Time arrangement (flexible in terms of hours or days) is available for this position.

BeeX designs and operates the world's most advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs). We started the company because current methods of underwater work are dangerous, inefficient and expensive. As our world combats climate change, deal with expanding amount of aging marine infrastructure, and need to understand our waters more, we just cannot do things the same way.

· Assist the Procurement Manager in his duties and responsibilities

· Attend to daily request for sourcing of goods and materials under his/her portfolio from end users

· Check and ensure request forms are duly signed by the authorized signatory before sending out Request for Quotations (RFQ) to approved vendors

· Ensure purchase orders are processed within specified time in line with the KPI

· Ensure that all purchasing data are accurately input into the ERP System

· Ensure execution of purchases are in accordance to Town Council’s policies

· Conduct sourcing of materials and services locally for operation in accordance to established policies and procedures

· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

· Use excellent customer service skills, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with vendors

· Liaise with Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the Group with the suppliers

· Ensure quality standards are met through administration of purchasing complaints

· Maintain copies of required procurement document for each procurement of supplies, work, and service

· Any other duties as instructed by the Procurement Manager

Game Ad Monetization Specialist

Job responsibilities:

1. Data analysis: Regularly organize and analyze each the figures and data of various game projects to locate the problems and adjust the system efficiently;

2. Industry analysis: Always researching the current game market, including but not limited to advertising policies of each advertising platform, competitive product analysis and other information etc;

3. Product research: Understand the design of in-game advertising spaces and produce analysis summaries and reports.

Requirements:

1. Willing to be posted to our overseas's office in China permanently for work;

2. Applicants with overseas game advertising monetization and commercialization operation systems, and experience in commercialization, advertising alliances, programmatic advertising, and mobile game-related internships will be given priority;

3. Love to work in the mobile game industry, have strong logical-thinking ability, fast-learner and have strong self-motivation;

4. Have teamwork awareness, proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, good data analysis capabilities, proficient in office software such as Excel and Powerpoint, and proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL;

5. Strong ability to withstand work pressure, flexible and result-oriented.
