Job Description:
Operational Duties:
- Collect and distribute incoming mails from Singapore Post to all relevant departments within the airport.
- Notify staff members to collect their mail/packages when it arrives.
- Record details of all incoming & outgoing mail/packages in & out of the airport.
- Manage postage costs and outgoing mail to Singapore Post.
- Ensure and mainain all mailroom functions at all times.
Administrative Duties:
- Support CAAS meetings by serving refreshments during the meeting and cleaning up after the meeting.
- Top up and supply beverages and snacks to the various locations within the airport premises.
- Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the manager and supervisor of CAAS.
Requirements:
- Be clinically and physically fit to be able to carry parcels and files
throughout the premises of the airport.
- Proficiency in computer literacy such as MS apps, Google Chrome, Outlook is preferred.
- Ability to work fast while being meticulous is a bonus.
- Having good customer service skills is an advantage

Mondays-Thursdays (8:00am-5:30pm)
Fridays (8:00am-5:00pm)
Inclusive of 1 hour break for all 5 days
