• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

Science Lab Support:

• Prepare materials, equipment, and apparatus for curriculum and co-curricular activities.
• Assist in distributing and collecting worksheets, notes, and lab equipment.
• Set up, clean, and maintain the Science laboratories and other science-related areas.
• Assist with classroom management during science lab activities (e.g., group work).
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and resources.
• Support teachers in ensuring student safety in labs and during field trips.

Administrative Duties:

• Provide frontline counter duties such as answering phone calls and contacting parents of unwell students.
• Assist in general school duties as required.
• Support the running of school events and activities involving students.

Other Tasks:

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: At least GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or science lab experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software
• Ability to create and manage printed materials and data analysis reports

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teachers, students, and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, organize, and work independently

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment needed by teachers for all curricular and co-curricular activities.
• Assist teachers in distribution and collection of worksheets and notes, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth running of activity.

Job Scope

• WB / invoice preparation
• Activities involved in inbound and outbound shipments (e.g. receive inbound shipments, paste label on outbound shipments etc.)
• Attending to emails
• Any other activities to support customer with shipments

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma level
2. Basic understanding of logistics
3. Comfortable to lift heavy weights of up to 10kg for frozen shipments (up to 50% of the time)
