JOB SCOPE
- Manage referrals and schedule appointments with clients.
- Process fee invoices and handle fee collection.
- Ensure the accuracy of the clients' daily attendance and transport attendance.
- Process quarterly subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies.
- Assist in the request for inventory controls and equipment maintenance
- Assist in the request for purchasing functions from the team
- Support the administration of customer service - Receptionist duties, Answer enquiry, Coordinate messages to clients/family/team member
- Other general administrative work (such as coordinating messages to the team, photocopying documents, helping the team member to submit records to another department, and preparing meetings…)
- Undertake any other admin duties that the Centre Manager may assign from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma holder, preferably WSQ Diploma in Social Service or Healthcare Management.
· Patient-centered and enjoys working with the elderly.
· Team worker with good communication, interpersonal, and people engagement skills, preferably with the ability to speak any local languages and dialects
· Good administrative and organisation ability
· Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint)
· At least 1 year of relevant healthcare industry experience is preferred.
**Please note that the working location is at Woodlands Street 82. We offer 5 days work week. Office hours and meals are provided while on duty.
