Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Logistics: Collaborate with operations teams to manage daily logistics activities.
• Manage Customer Transport Arrangements: Work with customers to arrange transportation for deliveries and prepare delivery reports.
• Build Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare Quotations: Generate and submit accurate quotations to customers.
• Respond to Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails related to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Provide Shipment Updates: Deliver timely updates and pre-alerts regarding shipments to customers.
• Process Orders: Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track Status: Monitor and update the status of shipments and orders regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A good team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

1. Sorting, classifying and managing the mail received by the Company in relation to the Company’s customer, including without limitation collection of such letters, processing them as may be necessary, classifying them, and bringing them to the appropriate Company department’s attention.

2. Classifying and filling documents, including without limitation the corporate secretarial document of the Company’s customer.

3. Manging bank statements and letters from banks to the Company’s customers, including sorting and passing the bank statements to the relevant officer in the Company.

4. Procuring certifications for the Company’s customers ‘ documents, including without limitation delivering documents to the offices of commissioners of oaths and /or notary public , procuring authentications from the Singapore Academy of Law and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attending at various embassies, and collecting the certified documents thereafter for delivery back to the Company or to other third parties as may be instructed by the Company.

5. Any other tasks, duties, and activities related to your abovesaid job duties and role in the Designation.

6. Any other projects and assignment that the Company may assign to you from time to time.

· Attend to customers’ enquires / complaints through phone /email/ fax and ensure that necessary actions are taken and followed through.

· Prepare and generate quotation / charges for customers, Job Order Processing (JOP).

· Liaise with sub-contractors, customers and other related authorities/ parties to ensure service are completed within timeline and to customer’s satisfaction.

· Sort out service reports upon completion and ensure they are well documented and uploaded to SMS system.

· Prepare service request form/ SMS order for vendors / sub-contractors.

· Prepare shipping form for delivery of items deliver customers.

· Reservations and bookings of air tickets

· Prepare and draw materials / parts for subcontractor or Technician / Engineer.

· Raise purchase requisition to obtain accessories, installation materials or parts which are required in the project / service jobs.

· Ensure orderly records are in order of all the work schedules and proper filing systems and documentations (for example: repair receipts, service reports, quotations, service request, etc.). · Coordinate and maintain schedules for projects and service works for all the service personnel.

· Handling all equipment warranty claims.
