• Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and fro the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport.
• Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work.
