Objective - Managing the Training & Quality Assurance functions of the organisation
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Training Management
a) Work with various stakeholders – management, peers, learners, vendors, trainers etc, to ensure smooth running of training centre operations.
b) Manage and maintain the organisation facilities standards; Monitor supplies and equipment.
c) Manage company’s Digitalization efforts, and IT resources to ensure optimal operational efficiencies of the organisation.
2) Quality Assurance – Formulate, monitor and review of policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance requirements are met. Ensure Compliance and Quality control processes are adhered to and non-conformance instances are handled in accordance with the relevant policies.
SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize and perform in an environment of multiple changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and project management.
- Excellent Communication and Administrative Skills
- Possess initiatives, able to take action, think ahead, and assertively act
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills able to generate workable solutions
- Resource aware i.e. where to go to find answers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer-literate performer with proven proficiency covering a wide variety of applications i.e. Internet etc and MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree holder from a recognised Institution.
2. Good command of written and spoken English.
3. Excellence organization, communication, and inter-personal skills
4. Extrovert, enjoy speaking and communicating with people
5. Good working knowledge with various office Software – Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
