Job Responsibilities
· Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties
· Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc
· Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines.
· Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process
· Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
· Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
· All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
· Good command in written and spoken English
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
· Able to work independently, good communication skill and proactive
· IT savvy and proficient quality work
