Admin matters
• To assist School Admin Team in filing,
photocopying and data-entry duties
• To assist in office administration including data
collation, stores management, logistics and
customer service
• To assist in dissemination of information
pertaining to school programmes: school
circulars, parents’ messages
• To maintain General Office record books for
loan items
• To provide admin support in the school
• To receive incoming mails / delivery of goods
• To assist in adhoc duties based on Admin
Dept’s needs
• To assist in the printing of
worksheets/examination papers in the printing
room
Customer Service
• To communicate with teachers regarding
parents’ feedback/messages from phone calls
or walk-in parents
• To maintain customer related information when
required, eg phone log.
• To assist in managing programme-related
enquiries
Teaching & Learning
• To support in designing and preparation of
teaching materials, posters and props, etc for
school programmes
• To support in school projects and events by
preparing materials or rendering logistic / admin
support
• To assist in first aid for minor injuries
• To assist student in times of need, eg lost &
found items, change of uniform, locating
teacher/classroom/parent
Any other duties assigned by School Leaders
