Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tech Admin / Support professional specializing in IT Resourcing and Commercials to join our team. This role involves managing vendor relationships, supporting IT procurement processes, and assisting with resource and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, vendor management, and procurement, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including performance metrics and service level agreements.
• Coordinate and support IT resourcing and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
• Assist in the development and documentation of procurement standards, contract management, and demand aggregation processes.
• Review, analyse, and evaluate vendor performance data to ensure compliance with contractual terms and address any issues as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address resourcing needs, manage vendor engagements, and streamline operations.
• Support the creation and management of documentation for procurement activities, including contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks within a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to IT and commercial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, vendor management, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, resourcing, and procurement processes, with an emphasis on IT-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with procurement documentation standards, contract management, and demand aggregation.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with vendor management tools or procurement software is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT operations within a large or multinational organization.
• Knowledge of relevant procurement and vendor management software.
• Certification in procurement or vendor management (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.

Job description:
• Oversee the productivity and ensure efficiency within the Admin Support team.
• Communicate with bank customers and internal production team on a daily basis.
• Prepare reports on card statuses and inventory levels to the banks as well as monthly billing reports.
• Attend monthly service level meetings with the banks and participate in project meetings with bank representatives.
• Engage in negotiation discussions with the banks.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in admin support or customer service required
• Relevant experience in leading a team would be advantageous
