Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage general office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-today operations
• Maintain the office condition and liaise with facility management vendors
• Implement and maintain online office administrative and workflow platforms, ensuring optimal utilization for efficiency.
• Ensure well stocked pantry and stationery supplies, business cards and company branded equipment
• Arranging daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
• Attend to visitors and assist to coordinate virtual/in person meetings
• Ensuring health and safety standards up to date, arranging fire safety/first aid training as needed.
• Using Workday daily to submit office expenses.
• Contract negotiation with external vendors, including liaising internally with legal and finance departments.
• Organizing internal/external events
• Liaison with vendors
• Organize and supervise office events, meetings, and staff engagements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proven experience in an office administration role, preferably in financial services environment/MNCs
• Proficiency in using online office administrative tools and HR platforms
• Strong communication skills and able to work in fast paced environment
• Full-Time position(s) available.
