Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

JOBSCOPE

Manage and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on intero.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Q10 and TikTok, Retailers on line portal) and creating compelling campaigns.

Manage day to day tasks that include creating and optimising product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions.

Manage and update facebook/ Instagram in-house website content, design, and features to ensure a seamless user experience.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Conduct user testing to identify areas for improvement in website usability, customer journey, and overall user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in E-commerce management and digital marketing

Implementation of API and OMO for multi platforms integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Full job description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to run B2B and B2C eCommerce for Multiple brands with strong coordination with online Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikToc etc) & other ecommerence platform.

• Provide end to end solution comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfilment and coordinate last mile services
• Responsible for quarterly project management from planning to execution and maintenance as well as traffic/sales projection; including product listings, images, campaigns, orders, warehouse management & delivery fulfilment, payments, refunds, customer service and enquiries in all E-Commerce platform.
• Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on marketplaces (Amazon, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, websites etc).
• Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns (may require after office hour/ week end engagement with key stake holders)
• Maintain inventory and stocks in E-Commerce platform.
• Key liaison with retailers (eg: Shopee, Lazada etc)
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to establish & implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive and track traffic & sales performance.
• Execute & maintain platform content as instructed by Principles while ensuring all content (pages, products & prices, etc) are up to date, current and in line with guidelines/references at all times.
• Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the Principles.

-Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of design initiatives, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

-Identify potential risks or obstacles that may impact project delivery or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks proactively.

-Develop and implement the overall design strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

-Provide creative direction and guidance to designers to ensure that designs meet brand guidelines, user needs, and market trends.

-Manage the design department budget, allocate resources efficiently, and negotiate contracts with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.

Design/Marketing
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Director in the development of the overall marketing campaign and strategy (e.g., EDM / Menu / Posters / Banners / Sales Display)
• Assist in in-house printing of menus, cut and lamination
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager in managing the day-to-day handling of the company’s social media, websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
• Develop and brainstorm engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Creative copywriting content relevant to the food industry and proofread for marketing campaign and materials (social media ads and posts, brochures, press releases, etc.)
• Assist Marketing Manager photoshoots (travel down to each 13 respective brands to take pic or video)
• To manage and roll out multiple brand marketing content to meet deadline while maintaining high quality of work and professionalism.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks
• Awareness of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns is a plus
• Liaise with malls to extend and leverage company’s marketing platform when needed
• Ad hoc duties may be assigned

Administrative
• Reply to customers’ queries and complaints via phone, email or social media and coordinate with respective departments across 13 brands for investigation and service recovery
• Printing, cutting and laminating of in-house printed marketing and promotional materials (posters, menu, vouchers, signages, tent-cards, etc.)
• Assist respective departments of 13 brands if they require replacement of marketing and promotional materials (posters, menu, signages, order chits, etc.) in poor conditions or shortage of supply
• Oversee and schedule the production of all marketing and promotional materials (liaise with existing printers for reprinting jobs and source for quotations for new printing jobs)
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials and collaterals to respective departments and 13 brands

Requirements
• At least diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or polytechnic/university
• Minimum of at least 1 years of relevant job experience in Graphic Design
• Responsible, highly creative and passionate fresh graduate may apply
• Able to communicate and write in English fluently to liaise with vendors and do engaging copywriting
• Proficient in graphics software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress is a plus
• Knowledge of social media mechanics and web would be an asset
• Good understanding of print and ad production (preferred, but not essential)
