- Monitoring client monthly payment status

- Other duties assigned

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to department

Data entry, filing, scanning and documentation work,

have knowledge of renovation works or strive to learn, will need to attend client enquiry.

Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Handling business processes

Liaise with Clients & Suppliers

Requirements:
Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of experience

Basic electric knowledge or AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Basic Interior design knowledge will be an advantage.

Working Day & Timing:

Working Day & Timing: 5.5 days work week

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm
