• Highly proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc
• Knowledge in photo taking and video editing will be an added advantage

• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials like business cards, posters, and banners.
• Help create content including blogs, case studies, white papers, and more.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand identity.
• Create designs for various marketing channels, both online and offline.
• Make illustrations to enhance design projects.
• Help keep our visual branding consistent throughout all materials.
• Manage our website with WordPress to ensure it works well on all devices.
• Maintain our communication materials and develop new ones when needed.
• Keep track of project results, archiving work and taking note of competitors' strategies.
• Assist with photography and videography for company events.
• Supervise all stages of print and production for marketing materials.
• Liaise with vendors and team members to fulfill marketing material needs.
• Support the marketing and communications team with corporate branding and event logistics.
• Carry out any additional tasks as required.

• Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or similar.
• Skilled in Adobe design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with WordPress and related tools.

• Open to different perspectives and good at handling feedback.
