Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics.

Requirements

• Working schedule: 5 day work week with 2 days off (off days will be split 1 weekday and 1 weekend)
• 3 rotating work shift: 830am-615pm/1140am-930pm/930am-715pm
• Willing to travel as clinics are based islandwide.

Duties

• Construct, create, and maintain a BIM model using pre-existing 2D CAD or PDF designs or start from scratch.
• Verify the quality of the models and find any interdisciplinarity conflicts.
• Create and maintain Revit-based plans, sections, elevations, and details that can be utilized for fabrication, shop drawings, as-built drawings, tender drawings, authority submission drawings, and design analyses.
• Create a 3D center-line model so that a structural engineer may analyze it.
• Upkeep and application of the business's BIM guidelines, contents, facade template, and library
• Any additional ad hoc tasks that the supervisor assigns

Requirements

• Need to grasp the fundamentals of facade design at the very least. It is essential to have experience submitting BIMs to authorities.
• Proficient in Revit. Proficiency in alternative BIM applications is a plus.
• Needs to be adept at managing their time.
• Need to be able to work with little direction
• Need to be aware of the worksets and worksharing features of BIM and possess good observational skills.
• Needs to have a positive working attitude and be a team player.

Your role:

The Design Manager shall be able to develop conceptual design for factories upgrades and interface with a pool of internal and external specialist of Professional engineers to deliver detail design packages which small comply with local regulation and applicable design standards

Job Description:

• Understand client requirements
• Develop conceptual studies for the preparation of budgetary offers
• Reviewing and performing value engineering during the tendering stage
• Liaising with tender team to develop minimum requirements to ensure compliance with client needs and accurate pricing of the project tendering scope
• Liaising with clients on design-related matters
• Assessing, mitigating, and managing risks connected with design
• Ensuring designs and design work meets health and safety legislation, sustainable building standards and industry codes of practice
• Provide training and workshops to internal staff on system design

Job Requirements

• Degree with background in mechanical or process related discipline
• With at least 10 years overall experience with 5 years of working experience in the construction industry in Singapore
• Experiences in managing design projects in semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Datacentre or Chemical related business
• Excellent design and technical skills, including the ability to use design software, Revit, AutoCad, BIM360
• Piping, HVAC, electrical systems calculation and design knowledge
