A Retail Assistant Manager, or Manager, is responsible for making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties. Their duties include inspecting inventory shipments, resolving customer complaints and training new team members. Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Oversee inventory management; maximize stock turn through replenishment and stock transfer, as well as ensure inventory levels of product categories are controlled within the stock turn day given.
