Responsibilities

• Enhance and simplify the IT helpdesk processes to be more seamless and digitalized.
• Assist in designing and enhancing the current UIUX software applications and digital systems.
• Identify the current manual tasks and eliminate redundancy by introducing digitalization such as software design and development.
• Support data analysis efforts to derive insights and optimize IT processes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new prototypes and test new features.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas.
• Provide hybrid technical support to the users for basic issues.
• Help maintain existing documentation related to project specifications and processes related to ITSM.
• Conduct Research on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Overseeing monthly closing

• Lead and manage the accounting team effectively

• Reviewing financial data and prepare monthly reports

• Review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules

• Preparation of quarterly GST submission, and submitting of withholding tax

• Responsible and maintain Fixed Asset Register

• Assisting, reviewing, advising and overseeing daily finance operation

• Liaising with internal and external auditors

• Improve on current processes, procedure and internal controls as required

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

• Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement

• Min. Degree / ACCA
• Has min. 4-5 years of exeprience
