Graphic Designer & Visual Designer (Full-time/Part-time)

Full-time Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,000

Part-time Hourly Rate: Starting from SGD 20 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

1. Visual design for OBAI's enterprise case study reports corporate interviews, training course PowerPoints, teaching materials, and community social media operations.
2. Participate in meetings and discussions related to research, courses, and market demands departments; work closely with the team to ensure design solutions meet team requirements and objectives.
3. Production of graphic visual posters and conference materials, ensuring the timeliness of design solutions.
4. High demands on the timeliness of material output, market sensitivity, and proactivity.
5. Possesses advertising strategy thinking, able to participate in event planning, brand planning, summits, exhibitions, and other related external brand PR activities' creative concepts.
6. Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and familiar with AI design platforms and tools.

Position Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in Art, Design, or related fields, with 2+ years of graphic and visual design experience, able to quickly adapt to the characteristics of business schools, management consulting training, financial media, user needs, and graphic visual material production.
2. Familiar with design tools and able to independently complete visual and graphic design tasks.
3. Good communication skills, able to understand and meet client or team design needs, and clearly convey design concepts and ideas.
4. Understand the design trends of corporate management, business schools/research institutes, top management forums, top financial media, familiar with Singapore's advertising industry and regulations, design in accordance with relevant requirements.
5. Mature online works are preferred.
6. English as the working language and essential daily Chinese communication ability, willing to engage in cross-cultural communication and cooperation.
7. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens are preferred.

Primary responsibilities

· Conceptualize and develop high-quality visuals across integrated campaigns to meet business goals

· Assist in the Graphic Designer in creating online and offline content such as banners, posters, eDMs, social media templates and branding merchandise across our website, digital platforms and social media channels

· Collaborate with the e-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s image

· Ensure consistency in content and compatible designs across all brand platforms & devices - mobile, tablet, different screen sizes

· Manage and maintain all graphic design files, including logos, photos and artworks

· Understand and translate marketing ideas to visual assets (e.g. design concepts, graphics, layouts, and trailers) that achieve the project KPIs

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design

· Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator

· Experienced in designing visuals for a range of media including print, social media campaigns, digital advertising, EDM, in store collaterals, etc.

• Responsible for creating deck proposals, such as designing creative experiences and churning out concepts/moodboards, illustrations and 3D drawings/floorplans if required.
• To articulate and present ideas properly to clients and internal team.
• Make sure designs satisfy client and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within deadline.
• Produce final artwork files, renderings and technical drawings from concept to finish for assigned events.
• Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions.
• Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and attend event installations.
• Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well-organized and maintained.

Requirements:
