E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies to attract and retain online customers, ranging from the running of customer engagement activities, improvement of customer journey on eStore and development of new content to boost conversion rates.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities.
• Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, media titles, other brands, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.
• Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.

eCommerce Channel Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operations on eStore and marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
• Update and maintain eCommerce content, ensuring all pages, products & prices across all platforms are accurate and updated at all times.
• Plan and execute tactical offers / mechanics / promotions to support key campaigns on platforms.
• Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with content creators.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues faced on eStore, optimize user experience, and evolve the backend operating system.
• Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
• Familiarity with the usage of Shopify to manage eStore is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.

What you will do

The Senior Cloud Architect will be part of the platform team and is responsible for development and operation of Amplify Health’s Cloud platform. The individual delivers bespoke cloud solutions and customized shared services to product engineering and operations team. Works closely with Amplify Health Enterprise Architecture, Technical Authority, Automation, Security operation teams in ensuring that Amplify solutions are based on approved technologies, comply with security requirements and are supportable.

The Senior Cloud Architect will work alongside the Product Engineering, Security Engineering and Architecture team.

The Senior Cloud Architect is expected to do the below tasks:

• Proactively ensure the repeatability, stability, resilience, and scale of all cloud services across the organization, and make sure our services are available, cost-optimized and fit for purpose early in the product development lifecycle.
• Provide guidance across the Cloud platform team, acting as a subject matter expert and leading best practice techniques.
• Provide coaching to junior team members to improve their skillset and increase knowledge and set the benchmark of quality.
• Develop shared services components which will be consumed by Amplify Health product engineering team.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new cloud technologies and methodologies.
• Provision of test automation services to assist with software quality assurance.
• Implementation and configuration of DevSecOps pipeline for Infrastructure and application Delivery.
• Own Identity and access management, network configuration, storage within the cloud platform.
• Drive adoption and implementation of strategic Amplify Health technologies and architectural principles.
• Work towards implementation of processes and procedures towards achieving ISO and all relevant accreditations.
• Together with Technology Risk/InfoSec function, ensure effectiveness of Cloud security.
• Contribute in technology selection, define & implement standard design patterns/templates, define, run, participate and manage proof of concepts

What you need to be successful

• Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Relevant experience in architecture and cloud application development.
• An understanding of architecture design & implementations of product on hybrid and public clouds with fully virtualized environments (IaaS, PaaS).
• Experienced in developing custom applications/products.
• Extensive experience with Java, Python, C++, and other programming languages and in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• The ability to work with loosely defined requirements, and exercise analytical skills to clarify questions, share your approach and build/test elegant solutions in weekly sprint/release cycles.
• Experienced in Infrastructure as Code, Automation, DevSecOps process and public cloud integration.
• Experienced in DevSecOps tools chain.
• Experienced and knowledgeable about Azure AWS, GCP and other leading public Clouds.
• Having knowledge about Office 365, Windows & Linux platforms; Middleware, Database.
• Ability to drive multiple vendors to support a complex enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of Microservice architectures and working containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Deep knowledge of Developer platform and End user platform engineering.
