Job scope:

• To perform manual billing for hospital/clinic, upload invoices into respective hospital/clinic portal.
• To perform backup role for Customer Care team
• No customer fronting
• To perform onsite count on consignment location in hospital
• 88 locations of consignment inventory, typical 3 count per year per location
• Sales representatives will feedback on inaccuracy of inventory
• Client will provide equipment for count using RFID

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Willing to work onsite at client’s office 3 days per week
• Will be based in Company's warehouse (2 days per week)
• Must be meticulous
• A good team player

Others:

• 5 days (Mon-Fri), 2 working locations (West/South-West)
• Transport allowance will be provided when travelling to client’s site (3 days per week) Client's site is very near to MRT station
• Company’s transport is provided to & fro (excluding client’s site)
• Basic salary: $2500 - $3000, AWS, Performance bonus
• Medical/dental benefits claimable

PURPOSE

The staff will be part of the GL & Reporting Section in Finance reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance & will be responsible for the GL & Reporting transaction for all divisions (Centralized function).

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare daily oversea & local remittance.
2. Issue, cancel & renew Condo deposit cheque.
3. Inter-company issuance of invoice.
4. Petty Cash and e-claims custodian.
5. Posting of CA related to HR, monthly prepayment and agent comm reversal.
6. Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules.
7. Update daily bank balances and prepare bank reconciliation.
8. Ad hoc assignment by Manager

REQUIREMENT

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy
• Min. 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting & keeping full set of accounts.
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
