You will refine strategies with the key account managers in Grab for Business Singapore team to grow top customers portfolio.

As a Sales Development Representative at Grab for Business, you will increase growth through thoughtful outreach, identify new sales opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationship.

Your internship runs from January to May 2025 and you will be fully onsite at Grab HQ.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will use Salesforce to conduct cold outreach, qualify new sales opportunities, and secure meetings between potential customers and key account managers.
• You will seek new business opportunities and expand our customers while building long-lasting relationships with clients and other teams.
• You will develop an understanding of Grab's business solutions to better serve customers and validate their needs.
• You will analyse data using CRM and internal tools to shape account-specific growth strategies and aid key account managers.
• You will participate in Grab for Business team meetings, projects, and discussions, contributing to strategic programmes and collaboration efforts.

Design Intern, Private Wealth & Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full design cycle – from research to ideation through execution;
• Adhere to our brand guidelines given by Marketing Manager (HNW) of Moomoo Private Wealth;
• Iterate design deliverables based on feedback;
• Design deliverables include both traditional and digital media assets, such as photography (editing), infographic, animation gif or video, video (editing), icons, sales collaterals such as Powerpoint slides, printed brochures.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color scheme
• Well versed in the latest digital design trends
• Skills in design tools such as Figma, PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Bachelor’s degree, BFA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UI/ UX Design or related
• Commitment to 3-6 months of internship at Moomoo’s Singapore office
• English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Department Head in preparing Audit Risk Assessment, Audit Plan and review Internal Policy yearly
• Prepare, review and revise Audit Programs prior to start of each audit fieldwork
• Prepare required internal audit work in accordance to audit procedures
• Execute audits across different business segments using risk-based approach and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the bank’s internal control systems
• Evaluate adherence to bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Recommend improvements to control systems and business processes
• Participate in preparing clearing meeting agency, internal audit report and all other necessary documents
• Document audit work notes
• Process all the necessary audit tasks in Archer system
• Perform offsite monitoring to evaluate new and emerging risks from new business/transaction/product/system/laws and regulations
• Perform monthly and quarterly follow up on implementation of audit issues, and prepare internal and external submission reports; and
• Perform routine and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance
• Preferably 6-8 years’ internal auditing experience in a bank or external auditing experience in a bank with major public accounting firms
• Good working knowledge of relevant bank laws and MAS regulations especially AML
• Familiar with Corporate Finance
• Self-motivated person with a strong interest in audit
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance as well as in a team
• Have an eye for details
• Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably good working knowledge of Excel/Access
