• Assess and evaluate the fuel consumption, oily water discharge, and seal management of owned and chartered vessels.
• Review fuel and lubricant fuelling documents and inspection reports; for disputed fuel quantities or quality concerns, provide feedback to the relevant departments for resolution and follow-up, maintaining records.

REQUIREMENT

• Support ports in achieving outbound/inbound targets and optimize vessel allocation.
• Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and allocation to take necessary actions.
• Resolving any operational issues that may arise from commercial perspective.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments.
• Maintain pricing efficiency, costs (BCO, IFF, Tenders etc.) and provide analysis on contribution.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full set accounts including audit schedules and reporting packages
• Prepare management reports, budget and forecast
• Review invoices posting and process payments
• Prepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
