Summary:

Support Risk and Control function for Information and Technology

Cyber Risk Management operations.

Contract Duration - 12 Months renewable

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in IT cyber security risk management and implementation.
• Proficient with professional industry knowledge and experience in Information, Technology Risk, Cyber Security risk management, and frameworks (e.g. NIST, COBIT, ITIL etc.).
• Experience in performing IT risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, audit and operational risk issues management, and recommending appropriate remediations for in-house developed applications, commercial off the shelf products and Cloud services/platforms.
• Experience in conducting regular awareness trainings for staff on cyber, information and technology risks (including policies, standards and relevant topics), periodically publishing security awareness articles and email phishing simulation campaigns etc.
• Strong influential, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

Preferably with IT security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CGEIT)

Position Summary / Project Description

A technical leader who provides consultative leadership to the Platform Support Team, assures platform alignment to business strategy, and technical governance decisions. Overall, the ServiceNow Platform Architect has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill.

Responsibilities

• Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes
• Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Support design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption
• Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
• Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment
• Advises on configuration and coding standards
• Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Enterprise Security and Architecture
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• ServiceNow Application Development
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Strong requirements-gathering experience
• Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
• Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB Model
