Our client is one-stop service provider for their loved one's healthcare needs and you will be responsible for optimizing driver schedules and routes, requiring strong familiarity with Singapore's roads and traffic patterns. Responsibilities include real-time trip monitoring, ensuring drivers are alerted for their first trips, and providing driver coverage, which necessitates valid BDVL and Class 3 licenses. Safety compliance is crucial, working closely with the Safety Officer to uphold company guidelines. Additionally, the position involves gathering driver feedback for HR, coordinating last-minute trip requests with the Sales team, and tracking outsourced services via Excel.
