Responsibilities

· Draft and design M&E system

· Quality take off for MEP services and preparing all requirement documentations

· Checking inspections and testing after installation

· Providing construction drawings, testing and commissioning support during project execution · Coordination with customer, civil contractor, architectures and other M&E contractors for resolving interface issues and technical clarifications

· Designing duct sizing by hand calculation and by using duct checker software

· Designing Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Grilles and Diffusers sizing · Supporting senior modeler for CSD and all other requirements for submission

Requirements

● minimum Diploma

● Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV

● Able to start immediately would be highly advantageous

● Experience in managing LTA Projects

● Candidate with BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will be an added advantage

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Take lead in sub-con meetings and technical meetings for Arch. related matters
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Experienced in Interior Design works for Residential, Commercial Office, F&B and Retail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.

Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.

Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned

Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes.

Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager

Able to produce shop drawing as per schedule & revised the shop drawing in one week upon receiving commented drawing.

Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore.

Preferably have working experience in Fire Protection Services.

Min 10 years experience in M&E including Fire Protection system Design with using drafting and design software, AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM) etc.,

Familiar with latest Fire code.

Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies

Able to start work immediately.

• Attend meeting with client's representative and consultants and sub-contractors

• Review project specifications, architectural planning, technical clarifications and construction drawings

• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation • Coordinates with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters

• Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/ shop drawings, as built etc) in relation to the project ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference

• Minimum 5 years' experience in LTA projects and managing transit archi works of similar scale, complexity and nature of work and shell have experience in managing interfaces and coordinator works, design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process

• Oversee all architectural works on site, ensure work activities are carried
