JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.

1. Managing fleet of vehicles in accordance to company’s policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
2. Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
3. Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
4. Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
5. Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
6. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.
7. Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of motor claims will be an advantage
• Monitoring for VPC, Insurance, Road tax etc
• Computer proficiency
• Team player and able to perform in a fast paced working environment

Job Description

1. Responding and follow up with customers/clients for incoming delivery jobs enquiries/requests and arrange with transportation team accordingly.

2. Engage in regular communication with clients/customers via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails.

3. To escalate issues to customers when drivers facing issues during delivery - vice versa, to ensure smooth flow of goods delivery from point A to point B.

4. Ensure timely schedules for client orders and follow up with both the transportation team and drivers to meet delivery deadlines.

5. To monitor, update and maintain accurate and consistent records on BFNet.

6. Prepare billing documentations for both HQ Transport (daily, weekly and monthly billings) and Haulage departments.

7. To send out DO for customers’ endorsements via emails and liaise with Finance on daily basis.

8. To prepare daily delivery schedule using TMS (Tiramizoo) - project basis.

9. Responding to RFQ (Request for Quote) via emails/phone calls, to raise sales quotations on CRM and send out to respective clients.

10. Assist with day-to-day operations by doing tasks such as documents filing, scanning and photocopies, answering phone calls, preparing documents for incoming deliveries (Delivery Order/Delivery Invoice) and managing the Google calendar.

Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Min GCE O levels

Min 1 year relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management

Able to work 5.5 days work week

Office next to Joo Koon MRT station

Job Description:

As an Assistant Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily production activities in our client’s site. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. This role will be reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for monitoring and improving work process

§ Ensure safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by operations team

§ Take charge and supervise a team of 30

§ Receiving job orders and requirements provided by the customer

§ Plan and schedule production deadline to ensure smooth and timely process flow

§ Interact with the customer on the production activities and deadlines

§ Understand the production process flow and constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

§ Ensure customer’s queries and/or complaints are investigated and resolved

§ To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives and sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate

Job Requirements:

§ Relevant working experience in 3PL Logistics Industry will be an added advantage

§ Computer skills

§ Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking customers

§ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

§ Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated

Job duties:

• Assist to oversee the daily operations of the student care centre.
• Handle administrative duties related to the Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications)
• Establish and maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders (School management, Parents, External parties) with regards to students and Centre matters
• Able to take 1 class and handle administrative duties
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the student care/ education industry

Working Timing:

• Monday to Friday (1pm to 7pm)
