RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate the DFS Review Meetings to identify and mitigate the safety and health risks
• Maintain records of safety and health issues arising from the DfS Review Meetings and actions taken
• Communicate Safety and Health Information to Stakeholders
• Facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions for the preparation of Safety Submissions.
• Arrange authority to invite and attend the risk management sessions for observing the hazard identifications and evaluations.
• Implement a system for documentation of safety and health records in accordance with organisational requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed and Passed the Design for Safety Professional (DFS Professional) Course
• A Registered PE is not required but min 10 years relevant experience is preferred.
• LTA project experience preferred.

The Physiotherapist helps patient restore mobility, function and independence through detailed assessment of problems and individualized treatment. (A) MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CLINICAL DUTIES

Depending on the coverage areas, locum physiotherapist should be competent in managing the following conditions:

• Orthopedics
• Sports
• Neurology/Neurosurgery
• Cardiopulmonary
• Geriatrics
• Musculoskeletal

He/she should be independent in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patient within defined scope of practice. He/she should have an understanding of the limits of their expertise and seek guidance proactively when appropriate.

2. Administrative duties

The locum physiotherapist must have skills and competency in self management, and compliance to medicolegal and governance guidelines

• Be responsible for the caseload allocated and provide coverage as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical reports in continuity of care
• Be familiar with and adhere to basic tenets of JCI
• Maintain statistics on workload as needed by the Department and Hospital

OTHER DUTIES

1. Supervisory Role

• Provide supervisory/training to staff as allocated by supervisor / manager
• Provide mentoring / leadership guide to staff as allocated by supervisor / manager

Education, Training and Experience

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy
• Graduate with 3 years of working experience in the relevant clinical disciplines
• Have basic IT skills and competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Professional License

• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association or equivalent (highly recommended)

• Collaborate with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.
• Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
