MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILTY:

• Collaborate with the Sales department for the required documentation in each project

Master’s degree and/or PhD Preferred in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5+ years of experience. A successful candidate should have experience in some of the following designs:

PLL, Data Converters, Oscillators and high-speed SerDes design including Receiver and Transmitter design.

Experience in Single-ended High Density Parallel Interface for Chip to Chip Communication, D2D interface

Experience with analog design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE and post layout extraction tools) is a must

Knowledge of the fundamentals on signal integrity improvement, noise reduction and Multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation & distribution.

Good understanding of analog layouts in FinFet and its effect on high-speed designs

Experienced in system level pre-tape out analog validation

Experienced in lab chip bring-up and debugging efforts

Strong communication skills

Job Description

• Responsible for physical design, development for variety of SoC(System On Chip) and tapeout.
• Execute state-of-art methodologies include, floor-planning, place and route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, physical verification.
• Doing benchmarking on Performance/Power/Area to validate the robustness of APR flow.
• Enhance project efficiency by using scripting language like Perl, TCL, Python etc.
• Provide feedback to flow development team for company flow enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science and above degree with microelectronics background.
• Open to fresh graduates and/or at least 2 years of physical design related experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Be able to demonstrate you have the ability to prioritise, organise work, meet deadlines, multitask.
