POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. You are expected to wear multiple hats and act as an enabler for the CEO to be most effective with his workdays. This role is ideal for someone with strong business judgment, high attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and welcoming manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the CEO’s calendar daily - Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Providing updates and reminders to keep the CEO on schedule
• Coordinate the agenda for any internal or external meetings with the relevant stakeholders
• Manage and Plan Travel itineraries
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
