Job Description

• Design, conceptualize & space planning.
• Provide professional advice to prospective clients on design concept, material selection and renovation solutions.
• Prepare quotation based on proposed design and client's requirements.
• Prepare layout plans, 3D perspective drawings, colour rendering, shop drawings with section details and specifications.
• Assist in project management includes documentations.
• Attend to sales enquiry.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least ITE/ Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Interior Design.
• Have passion and creative in interior design with at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Proactive, resourceful and good working attitude.
• Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and excellent follow-through skills.
• Knowledge in DraftSights/ AutoCAD/ SketchUp/ 3D Max/ Photoshop.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
• Singaporean/ PR only.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and production drawings
• Develops solutions to technical & design problems following Singapore’s established standards
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
• Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings

Requirements:

• To possess a Bachelor degree in Architecture/Construction/Engineering or equivalent
• To have at least 1-2 years of related working experience in similar role
• To have prior experience working as a Design Coordinator and/or CAD/BIM Operator
• Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

• Monday to Friday; 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings
2. Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
3. Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings
4. Responsible for the compilation of data and performance of elementary design computations
5. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
6. May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues
7. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

• To possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• To have at least 6 years of related working experience
• Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• To have knowledge of BIM
