The Role

BI Solution Architect plays in a crucial role in providing technical guidance in the planning, design, governance and development of essential Data Architecture and workflows that leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making.

• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status of DevSecOps initiatives and their impact on the organization.

• Expert-level proficiency in cloud technologies, with particular emphasis on AWS and Azure platforms.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitLab, AWS Code Pipeline, Azure Pipeline, Bamboo, and GitHub).
• Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA) and their implementation in cloud environments.
• Essential knowledge of Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) architecture and compliance requirements.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of cloud-native application end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with business teams and product owners to ideate Solution Architecture and Design.
• Govern implementation to align the proposed solution and design
• Support development teams by providing advice and guiding the engineers in solving technical problems, code review
• Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices such as TDD, automated CI/CD
• Assist QA on test automation and identify technical pitfalls and challenges.
• Work with other architect to align reusable libraries design
• Coordinate and work with other technical teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security) to set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations and resolve deployment and integration issue.
• Experiment and create prototype for exploratory works

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Good Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with minimally 7 years of relevant working experience in application development and design, and business analysis
• Strong knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns
• Ability to design and develop large scale applications to solve complex business problems
• Proficient in .Net, Java, React.js, Node.js, MYSQL and MongoDB
• Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages
• Experience in software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum context
• Experience in OAuth2/OpenID connect
• Experience in containers, microservices and DevSecOps technologies
• Familiar with cloud-native technology.

Requirements:

· Good electrical, as well as technical knowledge of power electronics (such as inverter, drive or PCS), especially for Solar PV and ESS system

· Good communication skills of cross-functions and intercultural organization

· Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills

· Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team

· Result driven and commitment to deliver quality

· Preferred candidate has solar & ESS project experience, worked in EPC or inverter/ESS manufacturer company before
