POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the APAC FP&A Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the Financial Planning and Analysts function of all Commercial operations in Asia Pacific. This includes monthly regional reporting & consolidation, forecasting & budgeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst will include (but not limited to) the following: 

• Support the development of Rolling Forecast, Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Certified Accountant with Degree in Accounting or related qualifications 
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles with an International multi-location MNC
• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, PBCS and excellent Microsoft Excel skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft, VBA, Power Point, SAP, Power BI and Business Intelligence would be an added advantage 

• Partner with global supply chain leads and financial partners to support cost management requirements including reporting, analyzing actual results, external trends, and large datasets to provide insight to leadership.

• Manage the financial models and analyses development in support of supply chain and operations leadership, cost center owner and regional financial requirements

• Lead regional inventory management activities including country level budget management, Inventory Intransit forecasting and reporting, cost booking in system, Scrap, E&O Reserve Analytics and Commentary partnering with local planners.

• Drive inventory loads in S/4 Hana. Lead inventory Intercompany Profit Elimination Entry and Reporting.
