Introducing Visa Design Studio, an expanding in-house creative agency set up to support Visa’s, clients and partners in the Asia Pacific region, and to drive revenue growth for Visa. You will not only develop exciting creative strategies and campaigns for our clients and partners across the various markets in AP but also create high visibility creative for Visa’s core brand and sponsorships. You will be expected to meet creative service revenue targets as part of your responsibilities.

What a Multimedia Design does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team to scale and execute campaigns, delivered with efficiency, finesse and high-quality.

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

• Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.

• Comfortable to communicate and present design concepts to external and internal stakeholders, explaining the creative rationale in the context of business objectives.

• Work with the team to interpret original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.

• Deliver design components ranging from web, graphics, social as well as digital media content, print, environmental, OOH, BTL and packaging across all levels of project complexity.

• Make designs come to life by creating and animating storyboards, editing videos, creating mock-ups, convert layouts to HTML format, etc.

• Support in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that milestones are met.

• Prepare and organize final artwork delivery, ensuring all details and requirements are in place.

You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up.

You will need to have a strong passion for creativity and strategic design, as well as a high level of comprehension in brand interpretation. Be solutions-oriented, and able to work independently as well as be a team player. As this is a client facing role, you will need to have strong influencing and project management skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have a systematic approach and be able to navigate around ambiguity.

Configuration Analyst (Ref.No. R1004496)

You will enjoy having this responsibility:

• Establish hardware configuration management baselines for all NSEW projects according to templates and customers’ requirements.
• Maintenance of Hardware Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by ensuring all documentation (BOMs, Design Book of wirings, PICOs, testing reports, site photos etc.) are accurately update for all URS projects.
• Point of contact for Handover Inspection between internal (Installation) and external customer (LTA/SMRT)
• Monitor and coordinate calibration workflow
• Maintenance of Calibration Assets List
• Prepare the software release notes and submit CDs to customers
• Update the software registration according to latest SORs
• Support the Configuration Manager in managing configuration management tools described in the CMP
• Support Configuration Manager in project CM activities:Configuration Identification
  Configuration Control
  Configuration Status Accounting
  Configuration Verification and Audit
  
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by CM manager

You have:

• Diploma in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Better to have 3-5 years of related industry experience in configuration management.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in change management tools (Jira, ClearQuest, Livelink etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.).
• Good analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to assertively implement configuration management procedures
