Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for providing business support assistance, corporate strategy(executional) support, and coordinating marketing communications for the CEO office. The role reports to CEO and involves handling various tasks and responsibilities in both offices to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and the overall efficiency of the business and the responsibilities associated with the role :
Business Support:
- Provide full secretarial and executive administrative support for the CEO and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
- Detailed minute-taking during meetings and presentations during management meetings and when needed by CEO and/or CSO
- Coordinate the corporate communication and prepare corporate presentations needed for internal purposes or external correspondence
- Liaise with Legal Counsel and Regulatory Compliance on managing matters of the business
- Manage scheduling, prioritization and preparation for all engagements and coordinate/plan travel schedules involving the CEO and CSO, and Senior Management Team(where needed)
Corporate Strategy Support:
- Preparation/compilation of management reports, statistics, presentations, meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for strategic meetings
- Support on corporate strategy project management and tasks
- Understanding budgeting and expense management – financial acumen will be advantageous
- Act as the prime interface to the CEO and working teams, specifically the senior leadership
- Support marketing communications with the Marketing team in terms of project administration and
- Organise CEO office events and team-building sessions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO
Pre-requisites:
- Education: Degree/ Diploma, Business or the Sciences
- Experience needed: 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably with the management level
- Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, including dress, demeanor, and good communication skills, both written and verbal, is crucial in representing the executive and the organization.
- Resourcefulness: ability to find creative solutions to challenges or locate information quickly. Resourcefulness is a valuable trait
- Multitasking capabilities and Flexible: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to juggle various responsibilities in a highly organised without becoming overwhelmed is essential. Being flexible and adaptable is key to meeting the shifting demands and a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Words, Powerpoint, Excel etc) especially Excel and Powerpoint
