Job Description:

1. Facilitate all ServiceNow ITSM, GRC-IRM, and SecOps-VR workshops and assist ServiceNow

process business analysts with all workshops.

2. Facilitate, guide, coordinate and set up in all required environments (e.g., DEV, SIT, etc) as per following:

• ServiceNow Platform Core Setup.
• CMDB.
• ITSM.
• Development environment migration.
• Migration success.
• Development work including provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow App Instance, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Par export Instances, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow MID server component Instances, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Databases including Oracle, MariaDB, AWS RDS, etc, and integration between ServiceNow and other APIs, integration points or applications.

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of ServiceNow development experience and over 3 years of Solution Architect Role.
• Configuration experience in ServiceNow IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer
• Workflows and Creator Workflows in projects over multiple towers.
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS – ITSM and 1 certification each from ITOM and IRM.

Preferred Skillsets
