Job Scope:
Branding and Identity:
Maintain and enhance the brand identity across various retail channels.
Design logos, labels, and promotional materials consistent with the brand image.
Promotional Campaigns:
Work closely with marketing teams to create graphics for promotional campaigns, including online and offline advertising.
Design promotional materials for events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the retail team to design visually appealing in-store displays and product placements.
Create graphics for promotional materials, including banners, shelf talkers, and point-of-sale displays.
Digital Presence:
Design digital assets for online platforms, including social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns.
Ensure a seamless and visually appealing online brand presence.
In-Store Signage:
Design signage for the retail environment, including directional signs, price tags, and product information.
Optimize signage for clarity and impact in a retail setting.
Product Photography:
Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality product images for use in marketing materials.
Enhance product photos through editing and retouching.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand campaign goals and product positioning.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
Trend Awareness:
Stay informed about design trends in the FMCG and retail industries.
Integrate current design trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Print Production:
- Prepare and optimize design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
- Liaise with printing vendors to oversee the printing process and ensure quality outputs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in design workflows.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and design software.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or field
A strong passion for creative design in ads
The ability to multi-task and independently prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a must
Expertise in other multimedia video software, e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro will be favourable
Knowledge in CSS, HTML will be favourable
Effective time management and interpersonal communication skills
Creative and friendly folks with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
