Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or other relevant design software). PowerPoint and sketchup for presentation will be advantaged.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials.

Job description / responsibilities:

• Propose interior design ideas for a given project accordingly to client’s requirement. This process may require listening to zoom calls between seniors / management and the client for the purpose of understanding the requirements and for information collection.
• Produce 3D drawings using Coohom accordingly to client’s requirements. This will require you to be physically in the office in order to use and match the correct laminate / materials.
• The due date for each project will be given by the Company’s designers. This includes the first completed rendering and the consecutive revisions thereafter.
• The timeline given shall follow the standard market practice of 1 to 2 weeks for first completed render, 5 to 10 days for revisions.
• Expose and adapt to the role of an interior designer.

Note: Candidates with 1 Year Experience will have added advantage
