How you will do it

Under general direction, you will oversee, influence, and own technical discussion for solutioning of JCI’s Smart Building IoT platform into customer environments aligned to business objectives. This role is accountable to ensure technical product fit for high-impact customer use case/scenarios, delivering architectural design session and determining technical feasibility for customers. Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationship with IT and TDMs to understand technical environment and requirements, confirm product fit, define technical success criteria and solution management process
