DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the designer, you will work closely with the creative director, to create amazing and experiential graphics and artwork that drive conversations and conversion. The candidate will have to develop crafted and engaging designs in a beautiful environment. Coming from brands/agencies, you will give shape to your outstanding ideas within the challenging, yet inspiring frame of corporate design.

MAIN DUTIES

• Responsible for creative excellence on projects from conceptualization to execution
• Ardent approach to consumer behavior, industry trends and innovations
• Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
• Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to: marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations
• Ability to provide final artworks
• Managing websites and social media design, contents, and updates
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining brand identity and standards
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials
• Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• A Candidate must possess at least Certification/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in Visual Communication and Graphic Design, or related field
• Good team player with the ability to work both independently and team-based environment
• Have a good sense of urgency and time management to meet tight deadlines
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated & hardworking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English
• Required Skills(s): Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
