Back of House Planning Scope of works include but are not limited to the following:

• Create a detailed F&B Facility Area Plan(“FAP”) per hotel based on brand, country, Gross Floor Area(“GFA”), business case etc. for all InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”) hotel brands excluding the Holiday Inn Express brand
• Review back of house (“BOH”) facility design across all phases. Zoning, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, tender documentation value engineering, for Luxury & Lifestyle up to Installation of F&B equipment & commissioning of F&B Outlets
• The following would be constantly reviewed / calibrated / protected for all IHG branded hotels:

1. Review Design for Food Safety Management Systems (“FSMS”) principles;
2. Review clean and dirty paths within the design of the F&B outlets;
3. Review storage facilities ensuring they match location / supplier chain etc;
4. Review refuse area ensuring it matches municipality requirements;
5. Review BOH areas for adjacencies;

Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Playing a key role in a governance of a large SI transformation program
• Leading a joined Client and Accenture Solution and Architecture governance board, governing Key Architecture Decisions (KADs) and Key Design Decisions (KDDs)
• Maintaining and managing a repository of Open Solution Items and orchestrating their timely resolution aligned with project milestones
• Governing Change Control Board, including Impact Assessment and effort estimation of Change Requests
• Owning Solution Blueprint and other Architecture Deliverables
• Leading a team of architects: Product Architects, Integration Architects, Salesforce Architects, Cloudsense Architects
• Client facing Status reporting, progress reporting for the Architecture stream
• Escalation point for key risks and issues impacting definition of the architecture

Requirements:

• Excellent client facing communication skills
• Extensive Telecommunication experience proven across multiple complex SI programs.
• BSS Architecture including Customer Experience, Product Catalogue Management, CPQ, Order Management, Digital & Omni Channel Self Service
• E2E Architecture, including Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture
• Proven experience with Solution and Architecture governance on complex Telco System Integration projects, including Key Design Decisions
• Understanding of B2B Telecommunications products and processes
• Technical and functional understanding of Salesforce, Cloudsense
• Working experience with Architecture Tools, Jira, Confluence or equivalents

Job Description

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer
• Work with performers to fine-tune performance
• Keep and update weekly routine performances
• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards
• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements
