About Team
IT Enterprise Solution Product Design Team is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of IT product design. This includes but is not limited to, participating in early-stage user research and requirement analysis, outputting and iterating design solutions, executing and implementing designs, conducting testing, validating designs post-release, following up on feedback, and supporting product commercialization efforts. The team also handles product-related brand promotion and operational design work.
Responsibilities
1. Be able to independently complete the design of major functional modules or brand-new products from 0 to 1;
2. Skillfully use design tools and methods such as industry research and analysis, service blueprint, user research (Survey / Persona / Scenario / Storyboard / User Journey...), usability testing, etc., to insight and explore product design opportunities, and scientifically verify design effectiveness;
3. Proficient in using Figma, combined with new design productivity tools (such as AIGC), and produce design drafts and interactive prototypes of different accuracies based on different project types or stages;
4. Build a solid IT business knowledge system required for design, deeply integrate with the business, and maximize design efficiency;
5. Be able to think and solve problems from different perspectives. During project advancement, maintain sufficient communication and good cooperation with various partners such as business, product, and R & D;
6. Be able to extract systematic design methodologies in design practice, and have good universality that can be reused by multiple products;
7. Guide junior designers and drive the overall improvement of the design professionalism of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in design-related majors (such as interaction, visual, product, industrial), computer or related fields;
2. 5 years and above of Internet design work experience;
3. Possess strong logical thinking and model thinking abilities, dig out essential problems, and not be superficial;
4. Have excellent visual design capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Have strong learning ability, and be able to quickly learn and understand new fields and new knowledge;
2. Have strong self-drive, high self-requirements, and constantly pursue higher design standards and quality;
3. Always maintain enthusiasm for design and love life;
4. Have B-end commercial product design experience;
5. Excellent English proficiency (≥ B2.2), able to conduct daily work communication.
