• To participate in client intake meetings, attend site show-round cum briefing and carry out site survey cum site analysis.
• To be part of the design team to develop and execute high-quality commercial & corporate office interior design concepts and support the Project Leaders in executing the design ideas from inception to completion of the whole design process.
• To coordinate material and color selection, basic knowledge of interior construction, project administration, and installations.
• To create and formulate design presentation strategies.
• To assist in design development/detail drawings upon award and help source for competitive quotes/materials/samples.
• Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project.
• To attend design workshops and site meetings, and provide support and coordination with all parties to execute and complete the project.

Responsibilities:

• Software Architect for Asset link application - Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements, performing high-level design and strategic planning of new and existing products
• Application Development Lead for Asset link and Asset Reporting applications - Performing Analysis, Design, Build, Test, and documentation based on user stories and epics plus support to business, business analysts and testing team
• Asset link and Asset Report L3 Production Support Lead - Ensuring that issues and incidents are analyzed and resolved in a timely manner and ensures applications are stable and working as expected.
• Scrum master in Asset link pod – Facilitating and coaching the team understand and apply Agile practices. Helps the team work more effectively by removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting the goals
• Supports with the test execution which performs manual and automation for regression and functional testing on relevant test environments

• Over 17 years of extensive experience with Software Development, mainly in Mainframe Cobol
• 3 years experience as Scrum Master
• 5 years IT professor teaching object oriented programming
