• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for formwork designs, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Document and track any design changes, variations, or issues, and provide updated information to project stakeholders.
• Provide detailed reports on formwork design performance and any challenges encountered during the design and construction phases.
• Identify and resolve design challenges or issues related to formwork systems during the design and construction phases.
• Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure the successful execution of formwork systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and advanced formwork technologies.
• Propose innovative formwork solutions and improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Managing the Architectural Engineering consultant team in the design of the Hospital to meet design program.
• Coordinating design change and working closely with the client to meet their design requirements.
• Required to effectively communicate the project requirements, gather stakeholder requirement, manage design changes and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be client focused and confident
• Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Manage the Client team deliverables to required quality and schedule requirements
• Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance
• Manage the change control process
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports
• Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
