Job Description:
1. Collaborate with the producer to control the operational direction and design content of games within the studio (including commercialization, user engagement, promotion, and operation of different versions).
2. Responsible for designing the content planning for each operational version, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
3. Work closely with the game designers, developers, and artists to achieve the product quality goals.
4. Compare similar products and competitors, provide guidance and direction to the development team, especially in establishing operational standards.
5. Research industry trends and developments, analyze competitor and industry situations, and make real-time adjustments to product strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an operations manager or lead strategist. Must have participated in the development and operation of complete projects, and be familiar with the overall game development and operation processes. Management experience is required.
2. Extensive gaming experience, familiar with various types of games, and a passion for gaming.
3. Proficient in analyzing and summarizing core principles and content of games, with the ability to accurately grasp design priorities.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal communication skills.
5. Quick thinking and a creative passion for game development.
6. Highly enthusiastic about long-term game operations and self-driven.
