Job Role:

• Prepare specifications/quotation, submit tenders and follow up
• Liaising and negotiating with clients
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, payments and warranties
• Monitor project cost and submit regular progress report
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Building & Construction
• Strong Math Knowledge
• Excellent Attention to Details
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel Skills
• At least 2 years of related experience is preferred, however, newly grads are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating drawings as per latest information provided
• Carry out drawings/Prepare documents for authority submission
• Maintains and adheres to filing systems, keeps and updates drawings and registers. them in both soft and hard copies
• Assist in administration and documentation of projects
• Performing ad-hoc drawing duties as assigned by manager
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
• Diagrams update as and when required.
• Site Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree in Architectural, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience in building projects for main contractor firms
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD & BIM
• Familiarity with construction environment will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
