• Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarification.
• Source for quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, assist with evaluation and comparison for the received quotations and produce quantity measurement within the targeted timeline.

Job Description

To perform the duty of a Site Supervisor including supervision and coordination of site works; ensure regulatory compliance to relevant authorities’ requirements with regards to Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Health; and to undertake any other works from time to time as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements

-Relevant experience in construction works.

-Candidates with Certificate in (1)Building Construction Safety Supervisor's Course, (2)Work-At-Height for Supervisor and (3)Lifting Supervisor are preferred.

-Candidates with experience in landed residential projects are preferred.

-Positive attitude, hardworking with good integrety and strong sense of responsibility.

-Singaporeans / PRs preferred.

Possess:

Class 3 Driving License

• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of suitable candidates for interview.
• Onboarding and Offboarding for Employee.
• Coordinate and administer training & development programs including submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
• can mamage more than 100 workers Payroll function.
• WP Online on Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.
• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
• IRAS 21 Submition, Book Airticket
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, WICA and various HR related surveys.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
