Jobs Description:
· Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling and quality control.
· Reading and interpreting detailed construction documents and specifications.
· Oversees the work of construction management and monitor compliance with the contract.
· Monitor progress of the overall design as related to construction requirements.
· Experience tracking, reviewing and responding to RFIs, Submittals and change order requests.
· Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control, and inspection services.
· Prepare and update project schedules, pay requests, and daily, weekly, and monthly progress, budget, and schedule management report.
· Attends progress meetings and reports on contracts status.
· Able to resolves design and field construction problems.
· Advices on contents of operations and maintenance manuals.
· Recommends policy and procedure improvements.
· Monitor field implementation of pollution controls for dust, noise and vibration.
· Conducts site audits ad testing.
· Communications and implements safety rules, policies and procedure in support of the agency’s safety vision and goals. And maintains accountability for the safety performance of all assigned employees.
· Experience reviewing and analyzing construction claims.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction / Railway Trackwork industry.
· Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Railway Engineering.
