• Maintain and steward all of church’s properties including interior and exterior of buildings, ground landscapes, equipment, plants, and vehicles

Property Executive

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Under direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager, the Property Executive is responsible for assisting in the management of site residential properties in compliance with British government guidelines and relevant health and safety legislation. This role will provide advise to management on the leased property portfolio within allocated resources. This role will ensure that the site’s operation complies with relevant building statutory requirements and build good working relationships with various people such as council members, residents and team members.

The Property Executive will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the management of leased residential properties and building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Provide advice, assistance and recommendations to Account Management team in relation to the local leased residential property market
• Provide assistance to incoming and departing staff on residential property matters and act as liaison with real estate brokers

• Payment Assistance: Assist in managing payment processes for estate maintenance activities
• Procurement Support: Support the tendering process for estate purchases and maintenance contracts
• Record Keeping: Help update and maintain records of maintenance activities and vendor interactions on maintenance management systems.
• Maintenance Requests: Assist in handling and escalating maintenance requests
• Property Inspections: Support property inspections with internal and external parties and help maintain photographic records.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with vendors for the creation and installation of printworks and manage related logistics.
• Asset Management: Help keep accurate records of all fixed assets
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officers and Management to support organizational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in estate maintenance, facilities management, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and administrative tasks.

Taking care of the daily operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. As the person in charge, you’ll help the site managers provide high-quality property management services and plan the site’s daily operational activities. You need to constantly wear your proactive hat as you will be responsible in the site’s upkeep and emergency/crisis management plans.
