Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transactions Manager to join our Global Transactions Team. This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
• Supervise the progress of works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills
